Online ordering app with dynamic menu, cart, digital payments and delivery flow integration. Replaced WhatsApp-based orders.
The problem
The business relied on WhatsApp orders that got lost during peak hours. This overloaded staff, caused order errors and left the owner with no visibility into what was being sold, when, or how much.
The solution
App with menu updatable from a panel, cart, digital payment integrated with Mercado Pago and internal dashboard to manage order flow in real time. Freed staff from manually taking orders and gave the owner clear sales reports. Installable as PWA, hosted on Vercel.
