End-to-end commercial analytics operation
We take end-to-end ownership of the commercial analytics operation: information availability, critical incident resolution, dashboard evolution and data platform administration.
The problem
The commercial area needed an external partner taking end-to-end ownership of their dashboards: operational continuity, fast incident resolution and dashboard evolution without disrupting the business.
The solution
We own the entire operation: daily monitoring of the data ecosystem, critical incident diagnosis and resolution, change requirements and execution, and complete BI platform administration (APIs, Gateways, access).
